Black Ops II Free Download developed by Treyarch and released in 2012, is a First-Person Shooter and the ninth installment in the Call of Duty series. Serving as a direct sequel to Call of Duty: Black Ops, the game unfolds in two timelines: the year 2025 and the 1980s. It revolves around a futuristic Cold War between the United States and China, centered on the dispute over a rare earth mineral named Celerium. Flashbacks to the 1980s provide insight into the late Cold War. The narrative follows two protagonists, Alex Mason from the previous game (playable in 1980s missions) and his son David, a SEAL Team Six commander in 2025. Raul Menendez, a former Latin American drug lord turned terrorist, acts as the game's antagonist, connecting the two eras. Black Ops II diverges from the linear storytelling of its predecessors, introducing branching storylines with multiple endings. The plot dynamically adjusts based on character deaths or mission failures. In addition to the return of Nazi Zombies, the game introduces "Strike Force," an RTS-like game mode where players command a small army and engage in first-person combat. Unlike Zombies, Strike Force missions directly influence the single-player plot, with most being essential for the best ending. Black Ops II features a total of 31 Multiplayer Maps and 6 Zombie Maps. It was initially launched on November 13, 2012, for PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3, followed by a November 18 release for the Wii U in North America and November 30 in Europe. The game also spawned Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified for the PlayStation Vita, bridging the gap between the first and second Black Ops games. A sequel, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, set 40 years later, was announced for release on November 6, 2015, exploring the consequences of super-soldier technology taken to extremes.
